Since 2007 Kelly Jette has been a sole practitioner in San Diego County working with clients to attain estate planning goals by establishing plans and continuing ongoing relationships through her annual review program.  Additionally, she helps clients and their family during times of loss  and incapacitation  by navigating the administration of trust estates and probate proceedings.

 

Prior to establishing her law practice, Kelly worked in financial services specializing in the arena of retirement plans.  While doing so she founded a highly coveted system for providing employees ongoing education and support that has become the industry standard.  She also established and grew the retirement marketing department for one of the largest independent financial services firms in the nation.  Her knowlege from continued work with the financial services industry provides an integrated and unique approach in the design of her estate plans.

 

With extensive education and experience in retirement plans and estate planning, Mrs. Jette has also educated and trained financial advisors across the nation and has been noted in financial industry publications such as On Wall Street magazine.

 

Kelly was born in Redding, California, graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and daughters, Sofi and Raegan. Some of her favorite hobbies include photography, golfing, gardening and sewing.
